    Just dropping by and needed to say that this is definitely the best pic ever!! :)

    Roch – 4 rounds + 200m run + 10 wall balls (could’ve done more but needed a toilet break half way through from all the water) haha!
    Noel – 5 rounds + 200m + 15 wall balls + 150 skips
