CrossFit Ipswich is holding it’s 2nd Annual Games day.
The games day is about celebrating the growth of the CrossFit Community in Queensland and Australia. With the birth of several affiliates in the western corridor CrossFit Ipswich is proud to be able to host such an event.
The workouts will be achievable for all levels of individuals from complete novices to the Elite athletes. All workouts are able to be scaled and some workouts will have substitutions available if you cannot rx’d the workout on the day.
