CrossFit SEQ Spirit of CrossFit Challenge
Crossfit SEQ is hosting our first Challenge on the 2nd of October. We have been competing and attending most challenges over the last couple of years and feel that it is time to host our own to give back to the wonderful Crossfit Community.
The Challenge workouts will be suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes. The cost of the day will be $40.00 and this does include a momento of the day.
