  2. G.D. your a friggin machine. i think the only way i can beat you in f.g.b is to incorporate a 10km run first……..
    this morning 10 run + 10 ride, split 5km22’20, 5km44’20, transition, ride 1:08’29″. mapleton hills tonight, then get smashed by the boys in the morning. cant wait, nothing hurts at the moment so i need some pain for the weekend. cya tomorrow.
