Personalised Programs Tailored Just for You

Regardless of your existing experience or fitness objectives, we have the appropriate fitness program for you. We have you covered whether you’re looking for the hardest workout imaginable or just want to work up a good sweat for 60 minutes.

Start with a free trial class for new members, attend the scheduled free session and select a membership.

CrossFit

60min group class including warm up and cool down. Focused on functional skills and metabolic endurance training. Movements are modified to suit strength and ability to ensure the same outcome for all. Supported by coaches and encouraged by the community! Coached sessions available 6 days a week, with options to train 7 days a week!

Open Gym

Doors are open by appointment, to members or visitors to train, mobilize/stretch or use the facilities. This time slot is not coached, however feel free to catch up on missed sessions or complete your own program.

For those new to CrossFit or returning after some time away, the Introduction will get you ready to join into the classes. Focusing on technique and body movements that will provide confidence before stepping into a class for the first time. Intro sessions include 2-3 one to one sessions(or semi private sessions).

Private or Semi-private sessions available by appointment only. Suitable for those with specific needs, to help returning back to your fitness journey or not confident in the bigger group classes. Sessions go for 60mins and can range from 1 to 4 people. Contact us to work out what option best suits you.
