CrossFit

60min group class including warm up and cool down. Focused on functional skills and metabolic endurance training. Movements are modified to suit strength and ability to ensure the same outcome for all. Supported by coaches and encouraged by the community! Coached sessions available 6 days a week, with options to train 7 days a week!

CrossFit Jnr's

Suitable for kids ideally aged from 8 years old, the sessions are designed to keep our kids active and have fun, while safely learning basic functional fitness movements. The small group sessions are great exposure to CrossFit as well aligning with the needs of kids sports. Provided after school on Monday through Thursday for a 45min session.

Open Gym

Doors are open for any member to train, mobilse/stretch or use the facilities. This time slot is not coached, however feel free to catch up on missed sessions or complete your own program.

creche

CHILDMINDING FREE of charge, included in your membership. Suitable for kids from 3months old, the creche is supervised for the 9:15am (only) class, Monday to Friday. Kids who are comfortable to be alone in the creche on their own are able to use the creche facilities, however for safety reasons are required to stay off the gym floor while the session is on.

Crossfit introduction

For those new to CrossFit or returning after some time away, the Introduction will get you ready to join into the classes. Focusing on technique and body movements that will provide confidence before stepping into a class for the first time. Included in the Introduction program is 2 x one on one (or semi-private) sessions and your first weeks membership.

personal training

Private or Semi-private sessions available by appointment only. Suitable for those with specific needs, to help returning back to your fitness journey or not confident in the bigger group classes.  Sessions go for 60mins and can range from 1 to 4 people.  Contact us to work out what option best suits you.

CrossFit Comp

CrossFit Competition program aimed at those with specific competitive goals or the more experienced athlete with personal goals looking for a higher level of training partners.

enduro training

Program offered focused on building endurance and conditioning the aerobic system.  The program is provided on Members page and can be completed in lieu of another session (space permitting) or in the open gym timeslots.

Classes are 60 mins in total

Please be on time ready for the briefing at the start of class. If prepping for the class please be mindful to stay clear of any athletes working out.

For Drop in or Casual visits

Please arrive 15mins prior to session start time to sign the Waiver and sort payment

Parking is limited

Please allow time to park in case the car spaces are taken. Additional parking can be found at the front of the complex (on Caloundra Road).

Equipment & Space

Clean up after yourself, including equipment, floors, racks and bar. Ready for the next session. Care for the equipment like it was your own.
